| Physical and Chemical Properties | This product is a synthetic 24 peptide corticotropin analog. The amino acid sequence is the same as the 24 amino acids at the amino terminal of natural corticotropin (human, bovine, pig), and has the same physiological activity as natural ACTHm. The most prominent feature is that there is no antibody reaction under normal circumstances and no serious side effects. It is especially suitable for patients with allergic or ineffective reactions to natural porcine corticotropin. The effect of 1ml of this product is equivalent to that of natural corticotropin 100 unit. This product is ineffective orally. After intravenous injection, the concentration of cortisol in the blood increased rapidly and disappeared from the blood for about 30min. Intramuscular injection of 1h blood concentration reached the maximum, the effect can be maintained for more than 4h. |
